WORST SERVICE EVER!

The NFOSA has the worst service ever for people allegedly in authority of cases . 3 months since I received a case number , I don't get updated and being sent pillar to post . The ladies who answer the phones are the most useless of them all , they sit and chit chat whilst on the line with you and answer like they don't give any damn in the world. Goodluck if you think your matter will be resolved by this alleged OMBUDSMAN
