Very Disappointed

I’m so sad NFO have been so biased with my can with SA HOMELOAN, the bank increased my installment from 11k to 22k within 2 years though there were arreas but they couldn’t justify it, when I couldn’t afford the high installment they refused to grant me an extended term also the bank refused me to do stop order with my work HR atleast on 16, I complain with NFO and they agreed with the bank that my house should go for judgement and be repossessed unless I pay 500k…

This is very evil now I have to loose a house while having young kids and while I’m more than ready for stop order or any reasonable installment…I had all the right to be given an extended monthly payments to reduce my installment and the bank never gave me such opportunity all the arrangements we had were still based on high installment…

Even on previous 2 cases NFO failed me
