Unsatisfied Client To National financial ombud scheme South Africa (NFO)

Claim Nr ***] is nothing but a Joke to these people. They do not do proper investigations or visit the crime scenes where needed and make decisions always against the Payer to the insurance companies. Clearly you can see the findings in their conclusions are wrong but because we are normal persons, they are taking the advantage to do this to people. This is 2nd time it happens where the outcome was against the claimant and the scenes were never visited to get a clear understanding. I don't know why they exist when they do their work like this in the first place. Its negative and the people is relying on them to help but no help is coming from them. So much i have to say but rather decide to hold back. My query will also be dealt with the media.
