The worst experience from an Ombudsman in SA ever. Make sure your case never lands up with Sonya Marais, a Senior Adjudicator. She is biased towards the insurance companies. If you appeal her decision, she will recommend that it be denied. Keep threatening to drop your case if you ask how far it is. Your case can dragged on for years and the impression she gives is: you get the service for free, so shut up and wait! NFO must realize OUR taxes pay their salaries! Additional information - I can not add any, as my case is still ongoing and then i will get discriminated against for speaking out.
