NFo Waste of time one sided with Institution

response. Phone not available and then just get a email later. After 3 months no real resolution. just took the word of institution with no real reason why. Clearly been a one sided case. Institution refused important information initially which was given after 2 month via NFO but stil not taken by them into consideration. Do not waste your time wwith them not very credible and institutions dont really respect them. Also in most cases I have read they only part with instituion wheter wrong or wright.
