NFO IS A DISAPPOINTMENT
NFO was a waist of time, why bother if you decide with the wrong findings of a company????? I received an email from King Price on a Friday and they requested info which I was to submit the Monday before 9am. I was unable to and my claim got rejected because I did not submit the documents in a REASONABLE time. NFO agrees receiving an email on a Friday afternoon, and not submitting documents the Monday morning is a reasonable time.
