NFO - Don't hold your breath!

This is supposed to be the "Watchdog" for us as consumers against the corporate Insurance Companies who "loot" us dry every year. What an absolute joke. They did not even bother to contact me regarding my claim against Hollard Insurance. As far as I am concerned, they did not even do an investigation of the facts. Their goal is not to protect us "The consumer", but to ensure that their livelihood is upheld by the very people they are supposed to be protecting us against.
