NFO - Disputes not actioned and sp**** communication

I logged my dispute with Discovery Insure on 14 Aug 2024. I received confirmation that NFO received. 15 Sept I received communication from NFO that they have received feedback from discovery and reviewing the letter.

After various requests, I received today 11 Nov 2024, an email from a new consultant that they have ... received communication from Discovery and will now review the information.

I have left the room affected by the insurance claim as is without corrective actions for over 3 months waiting on a response and outcome
