I've been fighting a battle 2-3 days a week since november and NFO does nothing.

I've been completely abandoned as absa not only punish my bank account and credit record for complaining about them refusing to respond on my claim, but this ombudsman is also just not responding at all.

I get sent letters with nothing on it or ******* files. When they are cc'd in on issues they do nothing.

They tried to not replace the paint protection Absa's supplier destroyed. NFO didn't say anything.

Absa refuse to respond, the ombudsman does nothing. And I am stuck having to spend money and time taking people to court because the ombudsman isn't willing to do anything.
