"Investigation" is 1 sided and against the wrong party.

I just got my case back. Clearly the investigator didn't review my side at all. Doesn't even address my points. And it's not even against the company I laid the complaint against.

The amazing thing; Law for all is the company that cost me money. They're taking it up against absa.

Why?

They didn't read or bother with my complaint and ONLY spoke to the company I complained about.

They "uphold" a decision absa made, when law for all is the company I complained against.

The decision was that I had 0 chance of winning the case. The same case that was moved off the roll by the judge and the same case that was settled in less than 3 working days once real attorneys spoke to the other side.

The Ombudsman didn't even address my points in their investigation. 1- Law for all claims to offer mediation. They refused, costing me R60'000. No mention of this. 2- Law for all never sent me the panel of attorneys to help me, they refused. A benefit, they should have done, but refused. No mention of this. 3- They claim the case was unwinnable - says who? Settlement negotiations were near tied up before the court date - AND the judge threw the case out.

The investigator made 0 attempt to address my points. And, why are we talking about absa? Law for all should have mediated and sent me a list of attorneys, had they done that then I'd either have taken on less costs or NONE AT ALL.
