After two years of struggling to get my money back from Old Mutual Money the NFO managed to help me just last month. I sent my query to them early this year and I must say the matter was handled with so much professionalism. Communication was a 100%, update on the matter was consistent and the matter was resolved and I was refunded my money in full.
