I'd like to commend them for their great service when I had an issue with one of the banks,after numerous internal complaints which fell on deaf ears with the bank,my matter was finally attended to and resolved after I filed a Complaint with the NFO,grateful to the gentleman who assisted me and kept me updated Mr.Hlabangana. If you ever find yourself taken advantage of by the so called "Authorised financial services providers " NFO is your guy.
