If you're unsatisfied with the NFO you can lodge a complaint with the Ombud Council or the internal complaints servicecomplaints.at.nfosa.co.za. The Department of Trade Industry mandates the NFO send an email to Dr Masotja EMasotja.at.thedtic.gov.za who oversees all DTI agencies.
