Don’t expect any assistance from this ombudsman.
7 Months later I am still yet to receive feedback on the supposed investigation regarding my claim against Admin+ Insurance and Omnisure who rejected my claim on false grounds. They fabricated cellphone usage reports on an Excel spreadsheet. Information which I would expect to be coming from my ISP.
When I queried the source of this information, they disappeared and told me my claim is rejected and claim is closed.
I wrote to the NFO seeking assistance and till to this day, (7 Months) no feedback whatsoever. It’s not surprising considering the same ombudsman is funded by the very same organisations it is supposed to hold accountable. It is despicable to say the least.
