Dissatisfation due to conclusion made based on misleading information
I am shuttered by the outcome of the investigation that was done on my ***** case. I do feel that who ever that was tasked to do the investigation on my behalf sided with the bank who provided false information and went ahead to quickly close the case without my approval or satisfaction
