Debt Collection Complaint

National Letting (Money Box Trust) handed us over, because we paid our rent on the 4th and not on the 1st of January. Our rent is R5900. I paid the rent late, because somehow it did not go off on 31 Dec with our payment run and I only discovered it on 4 Dec, whereafter I paid it immediately. It was the first time our rent was paid late. In the mean time we were handed over to National Experts Debt Collection and had to paid them R792.88!!!!! I paid 0.28 cents short and they pursued me for 28cents!!! Absolutely ridiculous from National Letting to hand over if the money do not reflect in their bank on 1st of the month. And the ridiculous amounts that we had to pay. They wouldn't accept any explanation, just threaded us that they are going to blacklist us.
