Bad payment/ finance procedure

I did a work for NECT in kimberley Northern cape on 24 October 2017 at the teachers center, still haven't received my payment and we are on the 24 November 2017, no correspondence, no explanation, no excuses , they are just quiet and with no one to contact. When I email them they don't respond. Can I just get clarity as to how far my money is ?
