Appalling service from Pinky Majola

I have received appalling customer service from Pinky Majola , the only time I get to know of my updates is when I follow-up with her .Started the journey with her on the 15th August 2024 and I am still waiting with no help .My debt was already settled when we started this journey and only in May 2025 she told me my matter was taken to court. The 9th May to be exact. And until today there is no clearance certificate. All I have been getting from her is that the matter is with DHS -this is from 9th May to date .Nothing happened from the 15th August 2024 until the 9th May 2025 .This is a bad company to assist with debt removal process , instead they will add on more stress .
