Poor service
I have signed up with national debt intervention in February 2023 for my name to be removed from debt review. Since then I never got a clear answer from them on what's happening with my application to get clearance certificate. The lady at reception forever take messages she can't even transfer your calls to relevant people so you can get help. The amount requested for their service was paid in full.

Unfortunately, we are still waiting for your previous debt counsellor to transfer your application over to our offices. We apologize for the delay and we do not mind refunding you the amount paid over to us for this assistance should we not come right with your previous debt counsellor. We do apologize and understand your frustration but please bear in mind the delay is not at our offices and is at your previous debt counsellor. Do hope you find all in order. Kind regards
