Poor service

This company called me non stop telling wanting me to sign up with them and assured me I would have to pay a reduced amount to my creditors each month, but now I am actually paying more each month which is the amount they are deducting and my creditors combined, I have been trying to contact them on WhatsApp and submitted a form on they website for them to call me back, it has been how many weeks and no one is getting back to me to sort the matter out, this service I have been receiving is very poor and would advice people to stay clear of them. This company is quick to harass you but once you on they books they just don't care.
