Nedbank Credit Card areas not being paid as discussed & promised so

I write this review with great disappointment on the service that was rendered to me at this National Debt Intervention in Wineburg Cape Town. After signing up with them they were not able to fulfill their promise on paying the areas on my Nedbank Credit Card. They acknowledged the fact that they made a mistake on opening the file with me & with their legal team. Kim in the legal desk there gave an instruction to Junaid to arrange for the payment only to be told later that they are unable to pay as promised.

These ppl are just concerned about signing you up only to be playing dirty games with you, no body in the whole company is prepared to look at the case & get it solved. I feel like being one of their many victims.

What kind of a company is this where clients aren't first considered, what they do is to lie always. I have spent my time & the money I don't have driving to their offices to get my case solved but to no avail.

At this stage I realy don't know what I have got myself into, for am not sure if after taking my R10 000 they will be able to pay my debts.

I am realy hurting very disappointed & frustrated with these ppl messing with our finances!
