I was incorrectly debited by this company and upon researching, I realised that there was an active Debicheck in place which I disputed with my bank. I was then advised to contact National Debt Intervention directly to cancel and terminate any binding contract but whenever I call them I never receive the assistance I need they just tell me the manager will get back to me then hang up. The money that was debited needs to be used for my need a and they keep avoiding me at the reception. I have seen documents relating to this account and it's not my name nor signature and don't understand how I got to be a part of this and now I am affected by the company's negligence. I need my refund of R3703.00 within 5 business days, if not received by then, I will escalate matters even further.
