Unsatisfied customer

I joined National debt help in March and I was assisted by a wonderful gentleman Dane, I asked for a payment plan and to copied when they forward proposal to my creditors, till today I never got that information and I asked 3 times if first payment will go to my creditors and the consultant said yes To my surprise I was only told to read the contract and it says 1st payment will go to the lawyers and yesterday I asked to be called back and till now no call, I send 3 cancelation emails, no response

This is so unprofessional and disgusting
