National Debt Help taking advantage of users during client sales calls

I received a call from an agent who said they are calling from National Debt Help. Although I am not a client of National Debt Help, the agent seemed to have my debt records. This agent kept trying to convince me that my Credit providers are over charging me much more than what is agreed between myself and the credit service providers.

To my surprise I received the below sms 10min later after I told the agent that I don't agree with what she is saying, and that she should send me an email to explain:

This notification serves to confirm that I (Included my full names), with id number (My ID number), gave consent to National Debt Help - 2365 on 2024-06-10 to request/obtain a Credit report on my behalf with the objective to perform an affordability assessment relating to my current Debt exposure.

I did not consent to this!!!
