HORRIBLE SERVICE

They contacted me in December for a Debt Review removal, I agreed to their services and we agreed to a amount of R1000 to be deducted for 8 months before they can start their process. They said the will email me documents to sign and fill in and send it back . Since then I haven’t received any documentation or communication from their side up they deducted the first payment. I then contacted them to cancel this service cause I don’t trust them with my financial situation if the can not communicate with their customers . They first refused to cancel this service and they refused to give my money back . Yet keep in mind we only had a verbal agreement and they don’t have any of my personal details I haven’t signed anything or received anything from them They are running a circus here and don’t even know what they are talking about
