Extremely Poor Service and No Resolution After a Year

A few months ago, I requested assistance from ND to help with the debt review removal process. It has now been a year since the process began.

I have paid all the required fees, yet I have received no meaningful assistance or progress on my case. The service has been extremely poor, with little to no communication or follow-through.

Despite multiple attempts to get updates, there has been no resolution. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of accountability and service delivery.
