Please be cautious when dealing with National Debt Fund.

I was contacted by their Senior Sales Consultant on 4 June 2025, who assured me of consistent communication and five-star service. Based on these assurances, I paid the full service fee of R10,000 on 30 June 2025.However, since making the payment, my requests for updates have been repeatedly ignored.

Prior to signing up, I was informed via email that my debt situation would be resolved within 21 working days from the date of payment. Despite this, I had to follow up several times, only to be informed this week—well beyond the promised timeframe—that the process could actually take between 3 to 6 months.

Regrettably, the same consultant who sold me their services has not responded to my requests for clarification regarding her previous communication.

I urge others to be vigilant and not to fall victim to misleading promises from National Debt Fund.
