I am still awaiting feedback for supporting documents in order for me to start improving my credit score but this lady just doesn't give a damn

I have been placed under debt review because of her and now she is nowhere to be found. Countless emails and the landline number is always engaged. it doesn't even seem like you people are replying to the hello peter complaints either.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE PLACE YOU UNDER REVIEW AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY THOUSANDS TO CLEAR YOUR NAME

and when you seek documentation in order to have it revised by your lawyers they ignore you
