Further disappointments

So after being ignored and avoided I finally got in touch with someone to assist. Only to discover that they had not paid my creditors , and I now am facing legal action.

I've requested cancellation with them, however, I am yet to hear back.

It is disgusting that I am facing legal calls daily, with threats , when it's the very reason one goes to these Debt counsellors for assistance.
