Debt Eraser is absolutely pathetic!!

Debt eraser service is pathectic!! No one answer any calls or even e-mails. I requested a statement last year and still waiting, all their e-mail address are been returned! They still deduct each and every month...for what?? I just returned December's debit order and will do so in the future and pay all our debtors self! I need to be refunded for all the months that our money was not used for oaying our debtors. Please assist if possible.
