Worst service ever

I am incredibly frustrated. I began confirming with NCDSA in January 2024, paid for my account in February, and was told that the process would take up to three months to finalize. Now it's March 2025, and I'm still without any solutions to my issues. It takes countless emails and WhatsApp messages just to receive a phone call requesting documents I submitted six months ago, and even then, they still aren’t organized. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.
