Very bad and poor service I feel like I have been ****ed

I app**** to clear my debt review since the 26th September 2023 and finished paying off in February 2024. Since then I never got help from ndcsa instead I have to keep making follow up from them and they keep telling me that my court date has bee moved. I was told that the process only takes 60days and it's now October 2024 still I have no response from them. They told me that my court date was moved to the 13 September when I call after the 14 september they tell me my date has been moved to 2nd October . The person that got me registered is patient and she is now even ignoring my WhatsApp text. I don't know what to do anymore. I need assistance as soon as possible because I feel like I have been *****ed my money and time by NDCsa. This process might end up taking years to be solved.

This is sad as I am a single mother of two trying to better my life for myself and my kids then I get this kind of service.
