Unable to provide debt review clearance letter
Initially the service was great but now that they moved debt councillors they take very long waiting for more then a month now for a clearance letter and been given the run around. Owner said things will be sorted as soon as my accounts are settled but was not clear about the internal changes in the company i am very unhappy

After that review, the owner reached out personally. They apologised for the challenges they have been having ,explained what went wrong, and prioritised my clearance letter. I received an email 24 hours later all has been sorted.
They did a splendid job fixing the issue and restoring my trust. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously and making things right.
