Took a little longer than anticipated to have my clearance certificate issued, I thought they would begin processing as soon as I signed up with them but it seems they only began with my file only after I completed paying the installments for their service. Then I also had to be the one following up on the process... Something started getting done after I put my foot down and insisted on service. I eventually got my certificate I just have to wait 2 days to verify if everything is clear now
