21 Dec 2024, 20:16Though they do assist with debt review removal, I did all of the work they were supposed to do. If I didn't push and beg for feedback and constantly following up, the process would have stayed pending. I received a call yesterday stating that the clearance certificate has been issued, but I didn't receive anything. Upon following up, no response.
