They did deliver on what they promised, but the process took longer than expected. I began in February and only received my clearance certificate at the end of May. One area where they could definitely improve is communication. I found myself having to make multiple follow-ups and was often passed from one consultant to another, which was frustrating and time-consuming. That said, the outcome was achieved in the end, and their service was adequate overall. With better internal coordination and more proactive and frequent updates, they could provide a much smoother experience for their clients.
