Seems to be a **** been months now

So contacted them a few months back, payed by may, for debt removal and certificate of clearance, im still waiting for any feedback, any response from them, i emailed them, i whatsapp 3 diffrent numbers, blue ticks but no replying, any how i can get my money back or take this thurther? It seems to be a **** at this point
