Not getting help as promised.

I finished my payment around February 20204 it is now June 20204 and still there is no progress on my profile I have to call multiple times to get answers and when I am being attended I am not getting a straight answer. The last time I spoke to a consultant they told me to wait six days and when I get back to her on whatsapp asking for the process of my file I am being ignored. I really trusted that I would get help here but still I am struggling .
