No action on services paid for

I promptly paid for rescindment of a judgement and updating of several accounts on credit bureaus. After more than 2 months I haven't received any confirmation of any actions. Requests for feedback are usually ignored, if somebody does reply they say that they will come back to me, which never happens. I am truly very disappointed with their service (or rather lack thereof).
