NFCSA feels like a **** Company

Good day

So February 2024 I decided to clear my name from debt review nd was contacted by Ndcsa and they said they could help. They took my details and reviewed my stuff and said that I do qualify and all I need to do is pay them R5000 and they will do the rest,though it will take 30 worming days. So I agreed and paid over the R5000 the same day still.

After a while never heard from them I contacted them and asked but what's happening , and suddenly they needed me to now call all creditors and get letters and all other things that they said they will do ,that's why I paid the money over and now I still need to do all the work. Then they went quiet again and I had to ask them again to please inform me on the progress when there agent Siad they will call me, never got a call , I asked again and then suddenly rrcieved a call saying oh they done with the first step they busy with my clearance certificate and this was allready the 26 of April 2024 ,long past End of April I received a call and Until Now 22 May 2024 my name still hasn't been cleared and everyday I sent a message and they say theybwill phone me or come back to me and just nothing happens.. I'm dealing with a Consuktant by the name of Valentia.

So yes Inwouldnt recommend using them because once they have your money they then never do as they say I am still under debt review and this has negatively influenced my business that I started up and this is all because of NDCSa who wouldn't just update me on the progress and rather choose to ignore me.

I am tired of this and now need to look for a new company to assist because clearly they are not willing to help.
