NDCsa is a full blown **** company

NDCsa is a full blown **** company. I waited for a whole year to get a court application then mid October I get a call from Jaydean and Arya that the court has accepted my order for debt review removal and that they have sent the order to the NCR for removal. When I call the NCR I was informed that they have no record of my file or my ID number. When I whatsapp Jaydean she ignores me. I need help as to how I can resolve this or open a case of ***** because I am tired of following up on one thing then they make me excited and as me to write a good review about them of which they have given me false information.
