NDCSA INCOMPETENCE

June 27 2024, i started my process of being removed under debt with a lady called Veronica paid all my dues up to date in the same year never missed a month, the company has let me down ever since i am the one following up for feedback every time i ask for feedback i am given a run around ir that is when inly some docs are required from me by a third person, i followed up again this year and poured iut how i am unhappy about their service i have paid this company up to date but no feedback last time i was told the manager will call me when she did she asked me questions that never made sense provided all information and still never got back to me at this point i need assistance to rather take further steps because i feel that i was ****med, why am i the one always requesting for updates and i dont even owe the company, i have all the evidence from whatsapp messages email and invoices i am really dissappointed💔
