NDCsa does not deliver as promised

I unfortunately do not have anything good to say about NDCsa. On the 14th of July I contacted them to help clear my record, my debt had been paid off many years ago, but the company that was helping me at the time had closed down with no warning and so I had been stuck in the dept review process because of this. I explain everything to the lady over whatsapp and see said it's easy to clear my name, it will cost R4500, if I put a stop order to go off on my account and send her proof they will start immediately with my case and it will take 21 working days to get my name cleared and send me my clearance certificate, I did everything as asked and sent proof of the stop order and I was told they will start working on it.

The stop order went off month end as promised and I asked if they received payment, they asked me to send proof to Valencia which I did and I was told everything was going as planned.

On the 18th of August I enquired how everything was going and I was told the previous consultant working on my profile had left and Asheer was now working on my profile, I was assured everything was on track.

Monday 30th of August was 21 working days from date of payment and no sign of any certificate, I'm not counting from 14 July when I was told work had started, I'm being fair and taking it from date of payment. I started asking for a refund so I can find another company to help me.

Upon asking for a refund the consultant said a manager would call, we agreed on a time but I was never called, I requested a refund again but was told again I would be called, set up a time, no call came.

The 2nd week in September a manager finally called as I have been asking for a refund daily now and consultants telling me me are busy that why they don't call! Valencia is the manager and very argumentative , she says that non of what I explained early was agreed too and being a week late on my certificate is not really bad service, she also doesn't remember my payment being on the 1 August. I asked for her email and guess what, it's the email I sent my proof of payment too. I also sent everything that was promised by the consultant. I never got any feedback at all after that.

It is now the 12th of September, I ask what's happening with my certificate and I get the same answer as I did a week back, the attorney is still busy with it! I was promised by Valencia it was basically finished only to hear a week later nothing has changed!

Please do yourself a favour, don't use this company, they force you to make a stop order on your account then don't care about you as a customer, point blank refuse a refund even though you are correct in asking for one as they did not deliver as promised and even tell you that you should be more patient as being a week late isn't that bad! But if you do the math of what was promised they are already a month late.

Skip this company and save yourself R4500 in the process.
