MISLEADING AND LIES

Hi Everybody ,I am coming here for the 2nd time, First time I came here I was told my matter will be resolved and they requested for me to put down my review. I want to carefully state this ,when using NDCSA prepare yourself for emotional stress. As we know that we reach out to them for help because we want a healthy credit score and our names to be cleared. As clients we are being exploited by NDCSA. I finished paying the money they requested which is R 9000 for their services. Its over a month now nothing ,no word ,no confirmation,no details where to from here. When you call their line always says leave a message will call you back. I was convince by Angelique last year when I asked if the reviews I am seeing are true. She straight what told me not to mind them, yet here I am months later being the one giving a review of a horrible traumatic service given. Valencia promised to assist me whenever I need help ,here I am without help. I would like to know how about to escalate the matter and get my money back. I will do the admin myself. I wont refer anyone to this company as we are sold lies and made to feel like we are being done a favor. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
