It was an absolute dream, a walk in the park. The staff, Jaydean who handled my portfolio was kind, courteous and efficient. Also kudos to Manager Valerie for always following up. In a province like kzn where service delivery is undoubtedly very poor this was a a real eye opener to get such exemplary service. I would highly recommend ND CS A and the staff at Malvern Branch.
