I contacted NDCsa in November and was assisted by Natasha , who was very patient with my questions and assisted me well. In January I was handed over to Jadene who sorted my debt review clearance and also updated me when I requested status updates. I know received my clearance certificate and only have to wait another 21 days for the clearance to take effect. All and all I am satisfied. I just have to confirm after the 21 days. The experience have taken a bit longer than expected though. But I am really 😌
