HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am very disappointed with this company, after paying 8200 to have my name removed from debt review now i am getting stories . I have to send a whatsapp to follow up only to be given unsatisfactory feedback. This is my second review nothing happens. May I please have my money back so that I can consult other companies
