Frustrating Experience with NDCSA_poor customer service

I'm extremely disappointed with the poor service I received from NDCSA. I'm struggling to obtain a court order document necessary for a job offer I received from date after paying them in full R8000 for debt review removal. Unfortunately, NDCSA's office is closed until January 6th, leaving me in limbo. The lack of communication and assistance from NDCSA has caused significant stress and delayed my job prospects. I hope they'll take steps to improve their customer service and document processing. There's zero customer service and communication, you as the customer must run around after them for follow up regarding your case as if they are doing you a favor.
