Broken promises, ********** Service

********** Service, broken promises and the lies continue.These people hounded me for months asking me to sign up with them and promised me,I will have my clearance certificate by the end of the 3mths, August 2025 I signed up with Makayla and made my first payment, excited that in 2mths I will have my clearance certificate (debt free) September 2025,I made my 2nd payment,bear in mind these people call you repeatedly on the end of month to remind you to make payments and ensure you send them proof of payment, October 2025,came around excitedly I made my final payment, expecting to receive my certificate,but that's when all the excuses and lies started,now Im told I have to wait another 3 months cause the lawyer still has to go to the court etc etc,long stories, annoyed I sat patiently I waited.At the end of January 6months later since joining I called again for my certificate,I was told to email ***, further excuses,paid more money to quicken the process,since then their systems have been down,every week I call at speak to a lady by the name Tia,and each week she tells me the same story, sorry our systems are still down,I'm going into 7mths with this company and no clearance certificate,just stories.im heartbroken and highly upset with these people.
