Being denied cancelation letter by Ndc

On the 10th of May I app**** for dept review with NDC half way may application to be completed I decided to cancel my process with Ndc on 15th of May. I was help by a consultant by the name of kheeshen ,I asked to contact numbers for cancelation department ,he decided to put me through to them I make cancelation , I was told I will receive cancelation letter. After few days I wrote message to Kheeshen that it's been days I have not received my letter of cancelation ,he told me it will take a week ,after two weeks I sent another message requesting cancelation letter from ndc but I am taken back and forth.
